We’re usually able to complete screen repairs within 24 to 48 hours. However, if there’s a need for any additional repairs, we’ll let you know.

In the rare instance where we can’t repair your phone, there will be no charge. It’s part of our ‘no fix, no fee’ policy.

While we use genuine or original parts, we can’t guarantee that your phone will maintain its water resistance after a screen repair.

We offer a free courier pickup and delivery service. Alternatively, you can drop your phone off at our Mount Gravatt location.
