  1. ALL PRICES AND OR QUOTES INCLUDE GST AND ARE SUBJECT TO VISUAL INSPECTION.
  2. IN ALL CASES YOU WILL NOT LOSE ANY INFORMATION, DATA OR SETTINGS. WE DO UNDERSTAND HOW IMPORTANT THIS IS AND DO EVERYTHING WE CAN TO PRESERVE THIS INFORMATION. WE CAN AND WILL ADVISE YOU PRIOR IF YOU’RE AT RISK OF LOSING INFORMATION, BUT CANNOT TAKE RESPONSIBILITY FOR LOST INFORMATION.
  3. A 3 MONTH WARRANTY APPLIES TO ALL REPAIRS. YOUR WARRANTY WILL BE VOID IF DEVICE AND OR REPLACED PARTS HAVE ANY PHYSICAL DAMAGE, LIQUID INGRESS, MISTREATMENT AND OR HAVE BEEN TAMPERED WITH BY A 3RD PARTY. THIS CONDITION ALSO APPLIES TO OUR LIFETIME GUARANTEE 
  4. AFTER YOUR ITEM HAS BEEN REPAIRED, YOU HAVE 60 DAYS TO PAY  FOR YOUR ITEM BEFORE WE RECYCLE IT. A $30 ADMIN FEE WILL APPLY IF ITEM IS NOT PAID FOR WITHIN 30 DAYS OF THE REPAIR DATE UNLESS PAYMENT ARRANGEMENTS ARE MADE PRIOR.
  5. WE WILL COVER THE COST FOR POSTAL/COURIER SERVICES WITHIN AUSTRALIA WHEN USING OUR PROCESS. A $30 HANDLING FEE MAY APPLY TO ITEMS THAT HAVE BEEN RETURNED UNDER WARRANTY WHICH WE DEEM NOT COVERED.
  6. FREE PICKUP AND DELIVERY DO NOT APPLY TO WEB SPECIALS, PHONE UNLOCKING, NON-GENUINE REPAIRS, COMPUTER REPAIRS, ZIPPAY CUSTOMERS NOR DOES IT APPLY TO REPAIRS DONE ON AN HOURLY RATE. A $30 SURCHARGE WILL APPLY FOR POSTAGE AND HANDLING. TURN AROUND IS 12-72 HOURS FROM WHEN THE ITEM IS PICKED UP DEPENDING ON YOUR LOCATION. YOU MUST SUPPLY CREDIT CARD INFORMATION PRIOR TO BOOKING A PICKUP. A $15 FEE APPLIES TO FUTILE PICKUPS.
  7. AUSSIE MOBILE PHONE REPAIRS WILL TAKE RESPONSIBILITY FOR ALL ITEMS SENT FROM US. OUR COURIER SERVICE HAVE UP TO $1000 INSURANCE FOR COLLECTED ITEMS AND THE SENDER MUST ADHERE AND AGREE TO COURIER COMPANIES TERMS AND CONDITIONS BEFORE SUBMITTING COLLECTION (PLEASE CONTACT US TO GET COURIER DETAILS). WHEN POSTING WE ENCOURAGE OUR CUSTOMERS TO USE “REGISTERED POST” THIS WILL ENSURE THE ITEM IS TRACKED AND INSURED, VISIT THIS LINK FOR MORE DETAILS – http://auspost.com.au/business/registered-post.html. IT IS THE CUSTOMERS RESPONSIBILITY TO MAKE SURE THEIR ITEM IS PACKAGED CORRECTLY AND ADHERE TO 3RD PARTY FORWARDING COMPANY PROCEDURES WHEN SENDING ITEMS.
  8. PLEASE BE AWARE THAT A HANDLING FEE (WHEN OUR TECH HANDLES THE DEVICE) OF $30 WILL BE APPLIED TO ALL REJECTED QUOTES (IN 99% OF CASES WE CAN GIVE AN ACCURATE QUOTE PRIOR TO HANDLING). IF YOUR ITEM IS IRREPAIRABLE YOU WILL NOT BE CHARGED.
  9. WE DO NOT REFUND A REPAIR ON A PHONE THAT HAS CALL BARRING APPLIED BY ITS NETWORK PROVIDER. IT IS THE CUSTOMERS RESPONSIBILITY TO ENSURE THE PHONE IS LEGITIMATE. UNLOCKING A PHONE DOES NOT REMOVE CALL BARRING.
  10. IF AT ANYTIME A LIQUID DAMAGED ITEM IS RETURNED UNDER OUR 90 DAY WARRANTY PERIOD  AND IS THEN DEEMED BEYOND REPAIR, THE CUSTOMER WILL BE REFUNDED ALL COST MINUS A 1 HOUR LABOUR  FEE OF $66.
  11. WARRANTY OR NON-WARRANTY REPAIRS THROUGH A THIRD PARTY MOBILE PHONE DEALER OR RE-SELLER (NOT AUSSIE MOBILE PHONE REPAIRS) DO NOT INCLUDE OUR FREE POSTAL / COURIER SERVICE.
  12. ONSITE REPAIRS ARE NOT IN CONJUNCTION WITH ANY OTHER OFFER AND ONLY AVAILABLE WITH GENUINE PART REPAIRS.
  13. UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCE’S WILL AMPR TAKE RESPONSIBILTY FOR MANUFACTURE WARRANTIES
